Return and Exchange FAQ

What is your return policy?

You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returned gifts will be refunded via a standard gift card sent to the original order shipping address. It is our company policy that the customer must pay for all shipping expenses on the return/exchange of product. Exceptions may be made if the reason for the return is a mistake on our behalf. We will not assume responsibility for misdirected, lost or damaged return shipments. Return shipments should be sent with a courier that offers tracking service.

All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed and be accompanied by the original hang tags. The condition of the product is left at the discretion of Herschel Supply.

How do I return something?

Prepare, pack and mail back to us

Save a copy of your order number and the email confirmation sent to you, confirming the order shipped

Pack and place item in your secure shipping container

Ensure there are no other shipping or tracking labels attached to your package

Use a trackable and insured shipping method; we cannot accept COD returns. Please note: christinauniforms.com is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit

Affix the shipping label to your container. Please use clear plastic tape to cover the entire label and ship to the following address:

Drop your package in a mailbox, give it to your postal carrier, schedule a free carrier pickup, or take it to any shipping facility

Please note that buyer will pay for shipping charges

How long will it take for my return or exchange to process?

We will email you once your return or exchange is processed. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed. Buyer is responsible for all applicable shipping charges, for all new and exchanged products shipped.

Do you offer price adjustments?

We’re happy to issue a one-time price adjustment for our Designerox Brand only products if it goes on sale within 14 days of your order’s shipment date. A refund for the price difference will be issued back to the original form of payment. If you used a Gift Card to make your purchase, a new Gift Card will be issued reflecting the difference.

I lost my packing list – what do I do?

If you’ve lost your packing slip and you are the original purchaser, log in to your account and click on Order Status. Click on the order you wish to return, print out the Order Summary page and include it with the items you would like to return. If you are making an exchange, please make note of the new item(s). If you were unable to obtain the information, please contact us and we will provide you with the information. Please provide either the order number or the name of the purchaser and shipping address so we are able to locate the original order.

What if my product is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please call 800-550-6855 and we will help you exchange or return the item.

Can I return or exchange an item that is older than 30 days?

Unfortunately at this time our return policy extends to only 30 days from the date of purchase.
